Thinking about to complete your postgraduate research degree in the UK, Good News! The School of Social Sciences at the University of Manchester is inviting all deserving aspirants for the Postgraduate Research Scholarships.
This programme is open to supporting students from all around who are undertaking postgraduate degree course at the university. During the research, candidates will be able to develop research skills in Criminology, Economics, Law, Philosophy, Politics, Social Anthropology, Social Statistics, and Sociology.
Successful candidates will get tuition fees, maintenance cost plus £19,500 per annum for three years. Additional funding of up to £1,500 per year. Please read carefully about the eligibility criteria for this award before applying for the funding opportunity.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Applicants must hold an offer of study at the University of Manchester before applying for this funding.
- Applicants may be of any nationality or residency status.
- Students who have already started their PhD are not eligible.
- Priority is given to candidates with proposed/planned placement or overseas institutional visit.
