Swansea University is granting Fully Funded EPSRC DTP PhD Scholarship for the brightest candidates in the United Kingdom. This programme is funded by the EPSRC Doctoral Training Partnership.
The aim of this award is to develop a range of environmentally friendly low surface energy nonmaterial’s in order to obtain stable W/CO2 emulsions. This scholarship covers the full cost of UK/EU tuition fees and an annual stipend of £15,009.
To apply for the studentship, applicants must have to meet the need of the following given criteria:
- Candidates should hold a first or upper second class honours degree (or its equivalent) in chemistry, engineering, mathematics, or physics or a Master’s degree in a subject area related to the project. Experience in conducting experimental laboratory work is desirable.
- Experience in surfactant synthesis and nanoparticles characterization is strongly desirable.
- Students must be a resident of UK and EU only.
