Fine Art and Forshaw MFA Bursaries, 2019/20

Academically strong and poverty-stricken scholars nowadays create a major part of society. To empower them, Newcastle University is providing financial support through Fine Art and Forshaw MFA Bursaries for the academic period from September 2019 to August 2021.

There is two School of Arts and Cultures Bursaries are presented to study on the master’s degree in Fine Art (MFA) course for new students from all around the world. A wonderful stipend of the total amount £6000 is granted to the successful applicants.

To apply for the grant, candidates have the need to meet the following criteria:

  • They must be a citizen of UK/EU/International country.
  • They must receive an offer to study at the university.
  • They must hold an undergraduate degree with excellent academic merit.
  • Only women are eligible to apply for the award.
  • They must require an IELTS 6.5 with at least 6.0 in all sub-skills, or recognized equivalent, receipt of a copy of passport, receipt of the satisfactory reference, transcript of qualifications.

How to Apply

In order to apply for the grant, applicants have to enroll themselves in a master’s degree at the university. After that, they can apply for the application of the award through an online portal.

The deadline of the applications for the bursary is July 26, 2019.
