Dean’s Bursary for Professional Advancement

The School of Health Sciences is offering the Dean’s Bursary for Professional Advancement which is to be presented for the outstanding aspirants at the University of London in the academic year 2010/20.

A number of bursaries are offered to have a worth of £1,000, £2000 or £3000 available for students applying to study on any of the post-registration master’s programmes. Candidates from UK/EU or international regions are invited for the grant for entry in October 2019.

The bursary for professional advancement will be awarded to apprentices who demonstrate a commitment to professional advancement but who would find it difficult to undertake postgraduate studies without some additional financial support.

Eligibility

Applicants must have to meet the following criteria to become eligible:

  • They must be a self-funded student and not in receipt of any other scholarships (except the alumni discount).
  • They must be entering their first year of postgraduate study for the October or January intake on any one of the master’s programmes.
  • They must be a UK/EU or international student.

How to Apply

Scholars have to take admission in a master’s programme at the university. Thereafter, they can apply for the grant through an online portal.

The closing date of the applications for the award is August 2019 for September 2019 intake.
