Clinical Teaching Fellowship in Medical Education

The Department of Leicester Medical School gives an opportunity for medical students to obtain knowledge in Medical Education at the University of Leicester.

This award is open for the UK candidates who want to study an undergraduate degree at the university, and it provides a real practical learning environment to the students.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this grant,

Applicants must hold MB ChB or equivalent and have completed satisfactorily two years of Foundation Training, or the equivalent, at the time of taking up their post together with full GMC registration. All applicants should have experience in higher education, preferably medical education, be able to demonstrate an interest in clinical education and be able to highlight the importance, significance and relevance of basic science in clinical medicine and practice.
