Cecil King Travel Scholarship is open to a young mathematician for a period of study or research abroad in any area of mathematics. The award is presented by the Council of the London Mathematical Society on the recommendation of the Cecil King Prize Committee.
This programme is designed to be nationals of the UK or the Republic of Ireland. The purpose of this award is to encourage and enable students to become confident in using mathematics to analyze and solve real-world problems.

To be considered of this grant, applicants must be nationals of the UK or the Republic of Ireland and either registered for or have completed a doctoral degree within 12 months of the closing date.
